📚 Library & Content Management

For Library uploads:
  • Documents: PDF, Word (.doc, .docx), Text (.txt)

  • Images: PNG, JPG, JPEG (with text extraction)
For Chat uploads:
  • PDFs and images only
Maximum file size: 4.5MB per file
No, Zephior uses a different organization approach:
  • Files are automatically grouped by their source
  • No manual folder creation available
  • Files remain searchable and accessible through the Library interface
The AI can find content regardless of organization structure.
Several options:
  1. Replace: Upload new version with same name - old version is archived
  2. Delete: Remove completely (admin permission required)
The AI automatically uses the most recent version unless you specify otherwise.
