Go to agent.zephior.ai - if you’re not logged in, you’ll automatically be directed to create your organization

Create Your Organization

Enter your organization name and work email address

Accept Terms

Review and accept our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Complete Registration

Set up your password and verify your email
Direct Access: Simply visiting agent.zephior.ai will automatically start the onboarding process if you’re a new user - no need to hunt for a signup button!

Once verified, you’ll arrive at your Zephior dashboard - your command center for all things prooposals.
As the organization creator, you automatically become:
  • 👑 Organization Admin - Full control over settings and team
  • 🎯 First User - Ready to start uploading content
  • 💳 Credits Manager - 200 free credits to explore the platform

👥 Inviting Your Team

As an admin, you can immediately start building your team:
  1. Navigate to Settings → Organization → Members
  2. Click “Invite Member”
  3. Enter their email and choose their role:
    • Admin: Can manage organization settings and billing
    • Member: Can use all features except organization management
Good to Know: There’s no limit on team members! Zephior’s credit-based model means you can add your entire team without worrying about per-seat costs.

Yes! Admins can update the organization display name in Settings → Organization. Note that the organization URL identifier cannot be changed.
Currently, each email is tied to one organization. Contact [email protected] if you need to create an additional organization.
Yes! If your organization already exists, ask an admin to invite you. You’ll receive an invitation email to join.
Your 200 free credits are tied to your organization and never expire. Use them to explore all features at your own pace.
