Response Generation

What is Response Generation?

Response Generation creates answers for every question in your project using your Library content. Each response includes citations to source documents and a trust score indicating confidence.

How to Generate Responses

Individual Generation

Generate a response for a single question:

1. Find the question in your project table
2. Click the dropdown menu for that row
3. Select Generate

Bulk Generation

Generate responses for all questions at once:

1. Click the Zephior logo in the table header
2. Confirm to start bulk generation
3. Progress updates as responses are generated

Zephior will generate responses sequentially because in many RFPs and questionnaires, requirements are interlinked - some questions may need the context of the previous requirement / response.

Citations

Every response includes numbered citations linking to your Library content:

“Our platform uses AES-256 encryption for data at rest [1] and TLS 1.3 for data in transit [2]. All data is stored in Swiss data centers [1][3].”

Trust Scores

Each response shows a confidence score (0-100%) based on how well your Library content supports the answer:

Regenerate vs Extract Again

Two ways to refresh a response: Use “Extract Again” if you’ve updated your source document and want fresh content from it.
